Zenicor increases revenue

The medical technology company Zenicor reports increased revenue for the third quarter compared with the same period the previous year. Operating profit was unchanged.

Revenue rose to SEK 6.3 million (5.8).

EBITDA amounted to SEK 1.2 million (1.2), with an EBITDA margin of 19.2 percent (20.8).

Operating profit, EBIT, amounted to SEK 0.1 million (0.1), with an operating margin of 1.6 percent (1.7).

Net profit amounted to SEK -1.3 million (-0.5) and earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.05 (-0.03).

Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 0.3 million (1.2) at the end of the quarter.

CEO Mats Palerius highlights that the focus on private healthcare providers has been successful, including through the agreement with Finnish Mehiläinen that was announced after the end of the quarter. The company sees opportunities for further business with private healthcare providers in Sweden and Finland as well as through public procurements.

Palerius also comments on cash flow and liquidity going forward.

“The third quarter is historically a seasonally weaker quarter in terms of revenue and

invoicing. To manage this seasonal variation, we have, in accordance with our capital strategy, raised

new loans during the quarter. In the fourth quarter, which has historically been our best quarter in terms of customer invoicing, we see that cash flow and liquidity will be able to be maintained at a stable level,” says Palerius.
