Windowmaster is reshaping the CFO role with a greater focus on finance and reporting, partly in preparation for its ambition to move to Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market. The company has begun the search for a new CFO.
Steen O. Sørensen, CFO since 2016, is leaving the role but will remain during a transition period that is to be completed no later than 30 September 2027.
The change is not expected to affect this year’s financial guidance.
