Car manufacturer Volvo Cars has appointed the nominating committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, according to a press release.
The nominating committee consists of Lone Fønss Schrøder and Per Ansgar, appointed by Geely Sweden Holdings, Volvo Cars Chairman Eric Li, Patricia Hedelius, appointed by AMF, and Emilie Westholm, appointed by Folksam. Lone Fønss Schrøder will chair the nominating committee.
Compared with the previous year, Hedelius is the new representative for AMF, replacing Anders Oscarsson.
Together, the members represent approximately 84 percent of the votes in Volvo Cars. The nominating committee will, among other things, submit proposals regarding board members and the chairman of the board, board fees, and the election and remuneration of the auditor.
