Veterinary company Vimian’s principal shareholder Fidelio Capital bought 1,609,371 shares in the company on 16 September. The shares were bought at a price of 34.25 kronor per share. The purchase price amounted to 55.1 million kronor. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
On 11 September, Fidelio owned 323.23 million shares, corresponding to 60.64 percent of the capital and 61.23 percent of the votes in Vimian, according to the ownership service Holdings.
