Media company Verve Group expects the relocation of the company’s registered office to Ireland to take effect on 2 October.
Trading on Nasdaq First North and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be suspended on the same day and is expected to resume on 5 October under the new Irish ISIN code IE000ZVY0237.
Shareholders do not need to take any action and will retain the same number of shares. The timetable is preliminary.
