The verdict in the case concerning suspected serious violations of international humanitarian law linked to Lundin Oil has been postponed from 3 December to 17 February 2027, Stockholm District Court announces, as reported by TT.
The reason is that the court needs more time to finalize the verdict.
Lundin Oil’s former executives Ian Lundin and Alex Schneiter are charged with aiding and abetting serious violations of international humanitarian law in southern Sudan in 1999–2003.
