Norwegian Vend Marketplaces estimates that the company is entitled to approximately 50 percent of any potential gross compensation in Prisjakt’s damages case against Google.
Prisjakt is seeking approximately SEK 21.4 billion in damages in the Patent and Market Court in Stockholm. Vend’s share is calculated before deductions for legal costs, fees and tax. Vend is not a party to the legal proceedings, but has contractual rights to part of the compensation. The company emphasizes that the outcome is uncertain.
