Construction company Veidekke’s subsidiary Seby will build 73 apartments for Scandinavian Property Group in Bøler, Oslo. The contract is worth NOK 257 million excluding VAT and also includes parking and a Kiwi store.
Construction will begin at the start of October and the project is scheduled for completion in August 2028. The order will be booked in the third quarter of 2026.
