Unlimit Group has approved the full lifting of the lock-up agreement with Anima Invest dated 15 April 2025.
The decision covers Anima Invest’s 711 million shares in Unlimit Group, corresponding to 15.9 percent of the share capital.
The lifting is part of an agreement on changes to Anima Invest’s ownership structure.
