Finnish niche bank Alisa Bank has appointed an unchanged nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Maunu Lehtimäki of Evli remains chair, together with Juhani Elomaa of Taaleri, Antti Kemppi of Kempinvest and Mika Laine, who represents his own holdings and those of related parties.
Chairman of the Board Olli-Petteri Lehtinen will continue to participate as an expert.
