Stockholm District Court has stayed the bankruptcy petition for investment platform Tessin Nordic because the parent company Tessin Nordic Holding lacks a board of directors and the petition was only signed by the CEO.
The company has until October 20 to supplement the petition. A new board of directors is to be appointed at an extraordinary general meeting on the same day.
“Until then, we are working hard to avoid having to file for bankruptcy for Tessin Nordic. It would be tremendously relieving to be able to withdraw the petition instead of supplementing it,” says CEO Anders Kumlin.
