Swedish and Finnish fighter jets carried out a joint operation on Thursday to identify Russian military aircraft in international airspace over the Gulf of Finland. SVT reports.
The operation was the first joint operation within the deepened Swedish-Finnish air cooperation. The Russian aircraft consisted of a Tu-134 transport aircraft and MiG-31 and Su-30 fighter jets.
