Industrial company Svevik Industri’s subsidiary Promoco Scandinavia acquires all shares in metalworking company Bjursås Mekaniska.
The company has sales of approximately SEK 17 million and an EBITA result of approximately SEK 2.5 million.
Promoco Scandinavia and Bjursås Mekaniska have been cooperating for a long time.
