Stena has signed an agreement to acquire Norwegian Color Line from Olav Nils Sunde and his family. The deal covers all shares in the parent company Color Group and requires regulatory approval.
The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Color Line will continue as an independent company and brand with Norwegian management and Norwegian-registered vessels.
The acquisition is expected to be completed at the end of the first quarter or during the second quarter of 2027.
The operations will continue as before pending approval.
