Partners Group is considering selling Finnish modular building manufacturer Parmaco in a deal that could value the company at around EUR 1.5 billion. Bloomberg News reports, citing sources.
Partners Group is working with Bank of America on a possible sale, which could take place in 2027.
The process is at an early stage and Partners Group may also choose to retain Parmaco.
The company has around 300 employees and annual revenue of approximately EUR 100 million.
