Reporters from Politico, MS NOW and CNN were barred from the White House on Thursday, despite a federal judge ordering hours earlier that their access be immediately restored. Reuters reports this.
Judge Tim Kelly found that the White House’s revocation of the journalists’ press credentials likely violated their constitutional right to due process and blocked the ban for 14 days.
Donald Trump imposed the ban on September 18, after which the three media outlets sued the president and other administration officials.
