Construction company Skanska is selling the second phase of the H2Offices office complex in Budapest for EUR 98 million, equivalent to approximately SEK 1.1 billion. The buyer is ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund.
The transaction will be recognized under Skanska Commercial Property Development Europe in the third quarter of 2026, while closing is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The phase comprises approximately 22,000 square meters of lettable space and is fully let to a global company under a ten-year agreement. The building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
When the entire H2Offices is completed, the complex will comprise approximately 67,000 square meters of office space.
