Pricer, a company in the electronic shelf-labeling sector, has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, according to a press release.
The nomination committee consists of:
* Gert Steens, nominated by Sterling Strategic Value Fund, chair of the nomination committee
* Göran Sundholm, represents his own holdings
* David Ingvarsson, nominated by Sifonen
Compared with last year’s nomination committee, Sifonen has joined this year while Quaero Capital has left.
