Russia says its forces have hit a dry bulk vessel in the Black Sea, around 24 kilometres south of the Ukrainian city of Odesa. Bloomberg News reports this, citing a statement from the Russian Defence Ministry on Telegram.
According to the ministry, a logistics centre in the Zhytomyr region was also attacked.
