Roosgruppen has agreed to increase its stake in activity park company Jumpyard to approximately 90 percent.
Cinder Invest and Freewater Invest are selling their holdings, while founders Pelle Möller and Anders Karlberg will remain minority owners and continue to lead the company.
After several years of expansion, Jumpyard will prioritize profitability, cash flow and reduced debt. The company operates in six European markets.

The transaction requires competition-law approvals as well as approvals related to the bank and bond financing.
