The board of game developer Remedy Entertainment has decided on a 2026 option program with a maximum of 350,000 options. Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one share at EUR 16.29 between 1 June 2029 and 31 May 2032.
Upon full exercise, the dilution amounts to 2.57 percent.
The aggregate theoretical market value of the options is approximately EUR 3.2 million.
