Investment company Proport Invest has completed the acquisition of Growth Marketing and its subsidiary Nordic AI Growth, in accordance with the agreement dated 21 September. The acquisition is expected to more than double the group’s annual revenue and contribute positively to earnings and cash flow.
Growth Marketing generated revenue of approximately SEK 10.8 million during the financial year ended in June 2026, with EBITDA of SEK 4.1 million and a margin of 38 percent. Profit after financial items amounted to SEK 3.4 million and equity to SEK 3.3 million.
