Property company Prisma Properties has agreed to acquire a newly built retail property in Pietarsaari, Finland, for EUR 7.7 million. The property comprises 4,900 square metres and is fully let, with an annual rental value of EUR 0.6 million.
The average remaining lease term is 9.7 years. The seller is Teräselementti, and completion is planned for September 2027. The acquisition is expected to increase earnings capacity per share by 0.73 percent compared with the level in the second-quarter report.
