Norwegian food company Orkla’s CFO and EVP Finance Arve Regland’s related company K9 Invest has bought 20,000 shares in Orkla.
The shares were bought on 22 September at a price of NOK 92.58 per share on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The purchase price amounted to NOK 1.9 million.
Following the transaction, Regland and related parties own 140,000 shares in Orkla.
