Software giant Oracle and technology giant Google have entered into a partnership that will make Google’s AI chip, TPU, available through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in 2027.
Oracle will thereby become the first major cloud provider outside Google to offer the technology. The initiative is intended to give customers more options for training and using AI models.
No financial details were provided regarding the deal.
