Residential property developer Obos Sverige has appointed Jonas Regnander as its new CEO. He joins from the corresponding role at Trivselhus, which he has held since 2021. This is according to a press release.
Regnander succeeds Joakim Henriksson, who left the position this summer. Since then, Malin Svensson, Group Director for Timber Houses, has been acting CEO.
The incoming CEO has extensive experience in the residential property and manufacturing industries. He has previously, among other roles, served as production director at Elitfönster and held senior positions at Pallco and Sapa.
Obos particularly highlights Regnander’s industrial experience in connection with the company’s investment in a new single-family home factory in Myresjö.
The exact date of his taking office has not yet been determined.
