NTG Nordic raises full-year outlook after strong Q3

The transport and logistics company NTG Nordic Transport Group raises its forecast for adjusted operating profit, EBIT, to 660–685 million Danish kroner for full-year 2026, from 625–650 million Danish kroner previously. This is stated in a press release.

The increase follows a stronger-than-expected result in the third quarter. Adjusted EBIT for the first nine months of the year is expected to amount to approximately 506 million Danish kroner.

The upgraded forecast is driven by stronger-than-expected performance in both divisions, driven by the Nordic road transport operations and improved results within Air & Ocean, supported by favorable market conditions.

At the same time, the company raises its forecast for items affecting comparability to approximately 50 million Danish kroner, from 30–35 million previously. The increase is due to the reorganization within Air & Ocean and restructurings of the German road transport and logistics operations.

NTG expects continued positive volume growth in both business areas, but assesses that the European economic recovery will be moderate and uneven. Within Air & Ocean, freight rates are expected to come under pressure from excess capacity.

The company’s third-quarter interim report will be published as planned on November 9.
