Nowo Global Fund flags above 5% in Alligator Bioscience

Nowo Global Fund has bought 262.1 million shares in biotech company Alligator Bioscience and crossed the 5% disclosure threshold.

Following the transaction, which was carried out on 13 October, the holding amounts to 7.35% of the shares and votes in the company.
