Commodity company Nidhogg Resources has been denied by the Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall in the case concerning the extended validity period for the Vintjärn and Kölen No. 6 exploration permits in Falu Municipality. The company is now considering, among other things, appealing to the Supreme Administrative Court. This is stated in a press release.
The two permits concerned cover approximately 128 hectares of the approximately 1,346-hectare project area included in the company’s earn-in agreement. The permits are held by Big Rock Mineral, in which Nidhogg owns 10 percent and has the option to increase its ownership to 100 percent. The other exploration permits and assets in the area are not affected by the rulings.
“The Board has received the rulings and is now internally reviewing the options available to secure the Company’s continued interests in the Vintjärn area. This includes, among other things, a possible appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court as well as other options for continued exploration of the areas,” the company writes.
