Healthcare company Medicover is making two changes to its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. Thomas Ehlin from the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund is replacing Jannis Kitsakis, while Sophie Larsén from AMF and AMF Fonder is replacing Jan Dworsky from Swedbank Robur Fonder.
Fredrik Stenmo, who represents Celox Holding and the holdings of the Christina af Jochnick family, as well as Hans Ramel from NG Invest Beta, remain on the committee.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 April 2027.
