Cash management company Loomis has completed the acquisition of Peruvian Hermes Transportes Blindados. Ownership now amounts to 99.80 percent and the purchase price is approximately 297 million dollars, equivalent to around SEK 3 billion.
The acquisition establishes Loomis in Peru, and from October Hermes will be included in the Europe and Latin America segment.
Peru is the fifth-largest economy in South America.
