Kreate’s board and CEO Timo Vikström have agreed to terminate his CEO agreement. Vikström is expected to remain until 31 December 2027 to enable an orderly CEO transition.
The company is now beginning the recruitment of a successor.
Vikström says that he is leaving on his own initiative and thereafter wants to leave operational leadership roles.
The parties have also adjusted his share-based incentive programme with an accelerated timetable.
