Kongsberg Maritime has completed the acquisition of Berg Propulsion after customary conditions were fulfilled, including relevant regulatory approvals.
The transaction, which was announced on 12 July, expands Kongsberg Maritime’s offering in propulsion systems and is intended to strengthen the company’s position as a global lifecycle partner for such solutions.
