Property company K-Fastigheter has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the annual general meeting to be held on Wednesday 19 May 2027 in Hässleholm, according to a press release.
The nomination committee consists of:
* Stefan Alvarsson, appointed by Jacob Karlsson
* Sharam Rahi, appointed by Erik Selin Fastigheter Aktiebolag
* Malin Lejon, appointed by Kilenkrysset
* Erik Selin, Chairman of the Board of K-Fastigheter
Compared with last year’s nomination committee, Kilenkrysset has joined this year while Länsförsäkringar Fonder has left.
