The nomination committee of Finnish chemicals company Kemira proposes that Christian Kohlpaintner be elected as a new board member at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
The other seven board members are proposed for re-election, with Annika Paasikivi re-elected as chair and Susan Duinhoven as deputy chair.
Kohlpaintner has previously been CEO of Brenntag and held senior positions at Clariant.
Board fees are proposed to remain unchanged, at EUR 141,000 per year for the chair and EUR 61,000 for ordinary board members.
