The US technology company IBM is acquiring cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting to strengthen its offering in secure digital transformation in the UK.
Logiq is NCSC-approved and works, among other areas, with the defence industry, critical infrastructure and the public sector.
The acquisition broadens IBM’s capabilities in cybersecurity, secure systems, digital transformation and managed security services. No financial details were disclosed.
