Norwegian fintech company Huddlestock appoints Ramtin Matin as acting CEO with immediate effect. He replaces Leif Arnold Thomas, who is leaving the position.
Matin has previously served on the board for more than four years and has been chief operating officer and chief technology officer since this summer.
He also has nine years of experience from SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge.
The board believes that the leadership change is needed to strengthen execution ahead of the launch of Gigabroker at the end of November this year.
The company’s third-quarter report will be published on 19 November.
