Technology company Hoodin has resolved on a rights issue of approximately SEK 5.76 million before costs, subject to approval at the extraordinary general meeting on 25 November.
The subscription price is SEK 0.12 per share. The issue is covered to 46.91 percent by subscription commitments of SEK 2.7 million. The subscription period runs from 1–15 December.
The proceeds will finance continued commercialisation, product development and strategic partnerships. Upon full subscription, the dilution will be 33.33 percent.
