Credit management company Hoist Finance has brought back former chairman Lars Wollung as an adviser, Dagens industri reports. Wollung left the chairmanship this spring after the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority questioned his suitability.
Hoist confirms the information to Di. Head of IR and Communications Karin Tyche says that the company has an agreement with Wollung under which he can be called in as an advisory consultant on individual matters, for example concerning a major potential transaction.
According to Di’s sources, the arrangement has triggered internal criticism all the way up to the board.
