The polymer company Hexpol has completed the acquisition of Italian Vipa Group for EUR 143.5 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. Vipa had sales of EUR 76.4 million in 2025 and has 80 employees.
The company manufactures thermoplastic compounds with a focus on Wire & Cable and has two production facilities and an R&D center in Italy.
The acquisition is financed with bank facilities and cash. The acquisition was announced on 31 July.
