Technology company Goodtech board member Frode Hauglis’ related company Edorf Invest bought 7,000 shares in Goodtech on 3 November.
The shares were bought at a price of NOK 14.09 per share, a transaction worth NOK 98,630.
The transaction was carried out on the Oslo Stock Exchange, according to a disclosure notice to Norway’s Financial Supervisory Authority.
