Technology company Freetrailer, which operates in the sharing economy, announces that current and former employees of the company as well as board members have exercised 234,682 warrants to subscribe for an equal number of shares in the company. This is stated in a press release.
The subscription price is DKK 27.94 per share, meaning that the company receives DKK 6.6 million. Delivery of the shares is expected to take place through repurchased shares, meaning that the number of outstanding shares remains unchanged at 9.68 million shares.
