Online broker Flatexdegiro appoints Benon Janos as CEO with immediate effect. Together with existing CEO and Chairman Oliver Behrens, he will lead the business and be responsible for continued expansion in online brokerage, according to a press release.
Behrens will be responsible for B2B and Treasury. Thomas Lindner is promoted to CFO. His appointment is subject to the customary review by Germany’s BaFin.
