The IT consulting company Exsitec is issuing 19 450 new shares after employees exercised an equal number of warrants under the long-term incentive program LTI 2023.
The outcome follows adjusted EBITA per share increasing 46 percent between Q2 2023 and Q2 2026. The performance condition of at least a 30 percent increase was thereby met, while the condition of 60 percent was not met.
The warrants entitle holders to subscribe for shares at a quota value of 0,05 kronor per share. Following the issue, the number of shares increases to 13 449.306 from 13 429.856. The dilution amounts to approximately 0,1 percent of capital and votes.
