The property company Episurf Medical has taken possession of eight properties in Hudiksvall with an underlying property value of SEK 300 million.
The portfolio comprises approximately 16,300 square metres and is fully let, with annual rental income of SEK 26.1 million and net operating income of SEK 22.4 million.
Hudiksvall Municipality is the largest tenant, with agreements running until 2035.
The Åvik 26:14 property is not included in the possession transfer.
