Profit from property management increased 18 percent to SEK 133 million (113). Profit from property management per ordinary share rose 14 percent to SEK 0.89 (0.78). The increase is attributable to a larger property portfolio following acquisitions.

Profit after tax was SEK 147 million (167), a decrease of 12 percent. Earnings per ordinary share amounted to SEK 0.99 (1.21).
Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 263 million (123) at the end of the period.
Emilshus CEO Jakob Fyrberg highlights that the company’s stable tenant base, high-yielding properties and solid earnings provide security in a market environment with higher interest rates. At the same time, he believes that a more challenging market could create opportunities for new property transactions.
During the quarter, Emilshus announced the acquisition of ten light industrial properties for SEK 456 million. After the end of the period, a further nine properties were acquired for SEK 341 million.
The Board has also adopted a new dividend policy, which means that the total dividend to ordinary and preference shareholders is to amount to approximately 25 percent of profit from property management. The policy applies from the 2026 financial year.
Emilshus raises its full-year forecast for profit from property management to SEK 500 million, from the previous SEK 495 million. The forecast is based on the current property portfolio and announced acquisitions.
