Cecilia Qvist bought 3,600 B shares in gaming company Embracer on 28 September, where she is a board member. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 81.52 per share, a transaction worth SEK 293,500.
The transaction was made on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is disclosed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Qvist subsequently owns 5,950 shares in Embracer, according to the Holdings ownership service.
