Mats Karlsson bought 5,000 shares in consumer electronics chain Elon on 24 September, where he is a board member. The shares were purchased at SEK 32.66 per share, a transaction worth SEK 163,300. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.
Karlsson previously owned no shares in Elon, according to ownership service Holdings. He joined the board at the annual general meeting on 12 May this year.
