Deutsche Bank reiterates its Hold rating on power and automation company ABB and raises its target price to 76 Swiss francs from 74.
The bank’s channel data points to continued strong demand from data centers, and Deutsche Bank expects ABB to raise its 2026 organic growth forecast to between the low and mid-teens.
At the same time, ABB is considered likely to struggle to exceed the market’s already high order expectations ahead of the third quarter. The recommendation is also justified by the valuation, equivalent to 20 times forecast 2027 EV/EBITA.
