Detection Technology has appointed the shareholders’ nomination committee based on ownership as of September 1.
Joakim Frimodig, representative of Ahlstrom Capital, will serve as chair. The other members are Niina Arkko for Aktia Funds and Hanna Vainio for Varma. Chair of the Board Antti Vasara participates as an expert without voting rights.
The committee will submit its proposals ahead of next year’s Annual General Meeting no later than January 29, 2027.
